Catching up with Angie & Local DFW Christmas Shop event (12/19/2020)
Hi Friends,
We are halfway thru the month and I am running down to the wire in getting my family's Christmas presents purchased and wrapped. Luckily, I am taking two days off this week to knock out the remaining items on my list and get the stocking stuffers squared away. I have to admit while making Christmas purchases I bought myself a gift. I have a new fitness tracker and I am loving how it keeps me on track for meeting my walking goals. If you are like me, there are days that I don't get up from my desk at work. Admittedly this is a terrible reality but my fitness tracker gives me a reminder to get up every hour to hit a goal of 250 steps. Some days are better than others but I am working on taking care of myself in little steps. P.S. I just found out today that my fitness tracker can find my phone. Alleluia no more yelling to the family to call my phone and using my sonic hearing to find the phone that is on vibrate. I hope you too are taking small steps each day to take care of yourself.
Okay, now to some reminders, USPS has a shipping deadline of Friday, December 18, 2020, for priority mail delivery. The USPS website is also advising that they are experiencing delays in deliveries due to the seasonal increase in volume and staffing shortages due to COVID-19. Please keep this in mind when you make any online purchases at our store that require shipping. If you are in the DFW area, and in our local delivery area, we can drop off your purchases thru Wednesday, December 23, 2020.
For our fans that like short road trips, we were invited to a pop-up holiday shop event in Newark, Texas on Saturday, December 19, 2020, for last-minute Christmas shoppers. In attendance will be other handcrafted artisans that you can browse as you shop locally. This event is an outdoor event and all in attendance will be wearing masks and hand sanitizer is available at our booth. Here is the address: Venice Pizza & Pasta, 504 FM718, Newark, TX 76071. We hope to see you there.

Hey Ang! I got my fitbit today and am excited to set it up. Thanks for the note about the phone finder. That’s going to be super helpful! I love the whipped soaps, the bar soaps, the body oil sprays, and the chai tea! You have an awesome shop and its so cool that you and your hubby make all the products!
